Check the schedule, scores, and prizes before joining a tournament
This guide covers how to read event schedules, check eligibility, understand scores, and take part within your limits.
How to Read an Event Card
Start and End Times
Check whether the card shows Philippine time or server time. Scores submitted after the event ends may not count.
Entry Requirements
Check in advance whether a minimum level, specific game, ticket, fee, or verification is required.
Ranking Method
Rules may differ for total score, highest round, speed, or tie-breakers.
Weekly Plan
| Stage | What to Do | What to Keep |
|---|---|---|
| Before | Read the rules, fees, and prizes | Event schedule |
| During | Stick to a set budget | Round records |
| After | Check rankings and settlement | Reference number |
Understanding the Leaderboard
Live rankings can change. Your displayed position is not final until the event closes and verification is complete. Ties may be resolved by earlier entry, fewer rounds, or another tie-break rule.
A large prize pool may be shared among winners. Check whether taxes, fees, verification, and minimum withdrawal rules apply. Don't confuse promotions in the Member Rewards Guide with tournament prizes.
Fair Participation
- Keep only one valid account per person.
- Do not use automated tools, bots, or another person's identity.
- If a dispute comes up, contact support with screenshots and timestamps.
- Don't take on extra risk in more rounds just because you dislike the result.
Which Games Should You Practice?
Browse the Game Library to choose a category from the live lobby. For specific rules, open the Sic Bo or Fortune Gems 2 game page. If there's a fishing event, check out Rapid Jackpot Fishing 2.
Pre-Registration Checklist
Before joining an event, confirm that your account identity verification is complete, the selected game is available in your region, and registration is still open. If a link doesn't work, don't keep refreshing and increasing your costs.
You may need to submit a separate claim form, complete KYC, or verify your payment details to receive a prize. Never share sensitive account information; use official support channels only.
A Few Things to Remember Before Joining
Don't let tournament excitement push you beyond your usual budget. After entering an event, consider waiting for its results before deciding to join another one. This helps you keep track of your total spending and time.
If you notice suspicious account activity, an incorrect score, or a delayed prize, contact support with the relevant records instead of continuing to compete. Don't treat social media posts as final announcements unless they are confirmed by an official notice.
Set Responsible Limits
Trying to win a competition can be part of entertainment, but it isn't an income plan. Set limits for time, spending, and breaks in advance. Don't use borrowed money or funds needed for essentials.
